Policy and Payment Options

Initial Consultation
I will provide a free fifteen minute phone intake consultation. The purpose of which is to determine whether a continued working relationship is desired. Any consultation beyond the initial 15 minutes is considered billable at our hourly rate as noted in the contract. A signed contract and paid-in-full retainer is required before commencing any further discussion beyond the 15 minute intake. Once contract and retainer is received a mutually agreeable appointment will be scheduled to begin the work. 

Intake/Consultation 
File Review, Client Meeting, Phone consultation, written plan outlining next steps needed. Flat Fee
Payment required in advance. 


Client/Advocate Contract
For Advocate to attend  IEP meetings, letter writing, attend mediation, a contract and retainer is required. 

Working together
  1. Signed contract and retainer  
  2. A three-ring binder with your child's IEP's for the last three years (please place the most recent IEP up front in the binder)
    Any and all school testing
  3. Any and all independent evaluations, report cards, progress reports, letters to the school.
Your files and information can be delivered either through the mail or can be dropped off at my office in Norwell. Office hours are M-F, 9-5. If I am not available in person to receive your file, files can be securely delivered to my administrator at the front desk. Office Location 167 Washington Street Norwell, MA. (Norwell Executive Center, Route 53) 

Payment options

Payment can be made through any of the following options: Check, Cash, Money Orders, PayPal or Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover are accepted) Additional service fees apply to payments made through PayPal or Credit Cards.  


Transaction Fees: 
PayPal transactions will be charged an additional fee equal to 2.9% of the invoice plus .30 per transaction. Credit Cards are processed using "The Square" You can view this service on www.squareup.com. 
In person credit card transactions -will be charged an additional fee of 2.7% of the invoice. 
Transactions over the phone require manual input and will be charged a fee of 3.5% of the invoice plus .15 per transaction. You may be able to use your pre tax health care Visa or MasterCard to pay for these services. Check with your company to see if our services may be covered.
