SERVICE FEES
We can provide you with an initial free phone consultation for you to decide what type of services you
need. If you decide that you would like to utilize our advocacy services you will need to sign a written
contract and provide a $700.00 retainer.
Any unused portion will be returned upon the completion of services.
Advocacy services will be billed at $100.00 - $150.00 an hour.
Legal services require a separate agreement with separate terms, available upon request.

- Completed Intake Form
- Case file which includes copies not originals of school and doctor reports in a three ring binder
